My name is Rafel Lane "Raf" and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) located in North Carolina. With over 15 years experience in healthcare and more than 12 years specifically working in behavioral and mental health, I have worked with individuals, couples, families, and support systems across the lifespan and throughout the world during my social work career and practice.

In addition to practicing therapy I have held numerous clinical positions, and multiple leadership roles in both medical and behavioral health. These experiences have been in varied settings, allowing me to blend my clinical skills and knowledge, with my operations and management business acumen, both in the public and private sectors of healthcare and social work.

I have a passion for people and this drives not only how I practice but how I live my life.

Whether I'm teaching, training future clinicians, sharing my knowledge and skills in consultation with colleagues or community partners, or working directly with clients, it's all about helping others learn to cope, find peace, gain fulfillment, and thrive in their lives and in the world.
